Most CAD systems should be able to provide you with a center of gravity point for an assembly.
I remember having to calculate this position manually for shifting cargo (or ballast) on a ship, so being able to simply move the cargo, and have the center of gravity update can be handy.
Not sure if that helps, but as MaLi suggested, additional details can lead to better responses.
