Thread Cut Command Error Message In Solidworks

I Facing Problem While Thread Cut Of This Part
I Am able To Do It By Extrude thread but It add Material to Part

You need to enlarge the helix diameter. You cut the gap. Use extrude instead of cut.I will be glad if you give feedback.
