What happens to first configuration if I make changes to a second configuration in SW?

Deppends on the first configuration options when you create the second one, if you right-click the configuration and select "properties" you should see the advanced properties that say "suppress new features and mates" so when you add a new feature, it only affects the active configuration, if you edit a existing feature, you shoul see in the bottomo of the properties tab the "configurations" options, so you say for example that a "through all" end condition modifies only some of the configurations and other keep previous end condition (like "up to next")
