Why does GrabCAD not recognise FreeCAD files as CAD files?
Just Uploaded my first design: a FCStd FreeCAD file.
Now GrabCAD tells me there is no CAD file uploaded!
It says : "This model is hidden from GrabCAD Library because it doesn't have any CAD files attached. Upload files"
So, why does GrabCAD not recognise FCStd files as being valid CAD files?

Possibly because FreeCAD is not used by enough people to warrant the time to modify the Library to recognize the file(s). It like driving an obscure car and complaining that parts are not available in the local store.
The same can likely be said of IronCAD, and a dozen other programs with a small following. It does not imply the program is bad, just that there are few users.
If you export your FreeCAD file in a common neutral format (iges, step...) the system will recognize the CAD data. Also upload the FreeCAD files so other FreeCAD users can modify them.
