Why is my rendering not appearing on the part main screen?

i just uploaded a part here - Porsche 996/997 GT3 Cup Throttle Blipper ... trying to figure out why the rendering image shows below the part, but not on the main box> ... darn red x's

Thanks Hans! Seems like I found a bug... The Edit/Delete option does not work in Internet Explorer. Changed to Chrome and it's there.
