Thank you özgür kesebir. I deselected "generate center lines" And still they are there. And another strange thing happened: Now I can not change the options anymore. The whole "Geometry Generation" section got deactivated.

Hello the reason that your sketches wont let you create a pad is because the you have a point in your sketch, simply make this point into a constrution point and you will be ready to pad (See Images)

what are the difference between Merge Rib ends and Merge ends in rib option ?

Merge End is used for Thin Ribs (when profile is open curve and thick option is checked) and Merge Rib's End option trims off extremity of rib to existing material.
