This is the tutorial of Cover 1 of Swiss Army Knife

1. Step 1:

   

   First make the half circle with arc (in the right hand side) with radius of 9 mm. And then make straight line with dimension of 68.5 mm. After that make arc again with the angle of 2.51 degree. From that make straight line again with 37.5 mm and little straight line with 6 mm. Finally make last straight line to connect the first half circle with 41 mm. Fillet the corner between 37.5 line and 6 line with 8 radius and 6 line and 41 line with 1 radius.

   
   

2. Step 2:

   

   
   

   Make tree hole (like in the picture) with the extrude of 2 mm and the diameter of 2 mm

   
   

   
   

3. Step 3:

   

   
   

   Extrude the body with the distance of 5 mm. Fillet all the edges with the radius of 3 mm. Colour the cover with light red.
