Design and assembly of clevis pin in solidworks-How to make assembly in part mode solidworks-CADable

In this tutorial, we will learn design and assembly of clevis pin in Solidworks. Assembly is consisted three parts:

a) Clevis Pin
b) Cotter Pin
c) Washer

First we will model these parts then we will assemble it and lastly we will apply appearance. Here I will show you an easy way to create assemblies using part mode as we will model all parts in part mode rather than in crating separately. You just have to uncheck merge bodies box so solidworks will count them as separate bodies. But you have to save these bodies later. Commands and features used in this tutorial are listed below:
