does this look normal ,,there seems to be an extra surface

i hope this will help...

  1. Step 1:

    revolve section

  2. Step 2:

    thicken the same section

  3. Step 3:

    extra sheet you see..

  4. Step 4:

    in model history>right click on revolve n hide
    OR
    ctrl+w
    n do as in fig.
