Use solid modeling commands in AutoCAD to create a fluid shape.

1. Step 1: Let's start with a basic plan...This is just an example.

3. Step 3: Union

   

   We combine the two solids, and then perform a fillet with a radius of 10 (for example).

   Use the Shell command with the desired thickness, also taking into account the two planes of symmetry.

   
   

5. Step 5: We're going to create a penetration for a different material, for example, or an opening...

   We create an ellipse and project it onto the solid.

   

   
   

   We create a solid from the ellipse that we project onto the solid. By copying the solids twice, we then use the solid intersection and subtraction commands.
