Simple steps to make a four sided pyramid

1. Step 1:

   Draw a triangle in the front plane. I want to make a pyramid with a square base and each side of the pyramid having same dimensions. Hence I'm drawing an equilateral triangle.

   

   
   

   
   

   
   

   
   

2. Step 2:

   Extrude the triangle having the same dimensions of extrusion as the sides.

   

   
   

   
   

3. Step 3:

   Draw another triangle on the right plane with the vertices adjoining the sides of the triangle.

   

   
   

   
   

   
   

4. Step 4:

   Extrude cut the part out side the triangle to form a pyramid.

   

   
   

   
   

5. Step 5:

   You get a pyramid with equal sides and a square base.
