Helical pattern of holes in pro-e.

I hope, this will be useful for you

1. Step 1:

   Create cylinder with suitable dimensions.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Create hole of desired dimension on front plane.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Your part should look like shown!

   Now, Select hole from model tree & click on pattern tool.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Select AXIS type & click on axis A_1
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Enter no. of pattern & angle to match the illustration.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   On dimension tab, click on direction 1 & select the dimension (1)

   

7. Step 7:

   Change the dimension to (0.7) & finish the command.

   Congratulations! Here you have successfully created helical pattern of holes on on cylinder.
