how should i design a wind turbin airfoil in CATIA?

Step 1:
1. Make a new part, e.g. Part 1.

Step 2:
2. Open the attached Excel file. I added a NACA 2412 profile. You nee to include XYZ coordinates. I chose Z=0.
Add you own profile and press the 'Developer' tab and choose 'Macros'.

Step 3:
3. Choose 'Feuil1.Main' and then hit '2' and enter. This should create a profile spline in a new geometric set within Catia. You might have to change you security settings within Excel to get the macro running.
