How to create a cube helix
This is a cube helix tutorial

Step 1:
Create a cube according to picture and extruded it

Step 2:
Select the front plane

Step 3:
Draw a vertical line, the same size as the cube from top to bottom

Step 4:
Select the front plane again

Step 5:
Draw a horizontal line, starting at the top of the cube (Make this line slightly longer than the cube ’s side)

Step 6:
Select the sweep surface,and set the horizontal line as the profile, and the vertical line as the path (set option according to picture)

Step 7:
Select intersection curve (Tools->Sketch tools->Intersection curve) and select the faces according to picture

Step 8:
Now we can see the intersection curves

Step 9:
Go to Insert > Reference Geometry > Plane or click at the Plane icon
Select the Endpoint of the Spline as First Reference
Select the Spline itself as Second Reference
Click OK

Step 10:
Select the new plane in the feature tree and create a sketch according to picture

Step 11:
Now select the composite curve and select the intersection curve

Step 12:
Select the circle sketch as the profile, and the 3dsketch as the path (notice to picture)
