Step 1:
new
part, solid
extrude rectangle
create datum csys on any face by using sketch
place datum points and give dimension from given datum csys
save
open drawing
place view on which datum plane and points are located
select hole table in left corner of table tab
select datum csys
select point to place table in drawing area.
