1. Step 1:

   create this plane. use corner points of the fillet as reference.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   create this plane. use fillet's face and the plane created in previous step as reference.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   create the sketch in the plane created in the precious step.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   use cut extrude, from surface plane and select fillet's face as reference.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   wrap can also work.
