how to model a spur gear in inventor fusion

1. Step 1:

   open inventor fusion and create circle R=80 mm
   

   

2. Step 2:

   click extrude
   

   

3. Step 3:

   extrude circle limit =35 mm and click ok
   

   

4. Step 4:

   create circle in blue face
   

   

5. Step 5:

   create circle R=64 mm in center
   

   

6. Step 6:

   click press/pull
   

   

7. Step 7:

   press/pull limit = -6 mm
   

   

8. Step 8:

   

9. Step 9:

   create circle R=12 mm in center
   

   

10. Step 10:

    click press/pull
    

    

11. Step 11:

    press/pull limit = -120 mm
    

    

12. Step 12:

    create profil with draw
    

    

13. Step 13:

    1-click trim
    2-select line to trim
    

    

14. Step 14:

    

15. Step 15:

    extrude profil limit =-40 mm
    

    

16. Step 16:

    

17. Step 17:

    choose circular pattern
    

    

18. Step 18:

    select face
    

    

19. Step 19:

    Select centre and nbr of pattern = 20 and click ok
