Part 3 - Outer Bearing

Bearing / Laher / Klaker- the point is to make the bearings from the inside (inner race) and outside (outer race) move/rotate smoothly with each other with minimal friction. There are various types of bearings, but the principle is the same, namely so that the inner race can rotate against the outer race in a smooth manner.
