Path array in AutoCAD

Path array in AutoCAD.
-
Step 1:
You probably very often use Polar array or Rectangular array but you maybe never used Path array,so I m gonna show you how it works.
On the picture you see a spline which will be our path for array and you see a circle.
I want to copy this circle and make it to follow that spline to the end with the same space between each circle.
-
Step 2:
You can type ARRAY or click on it on the toolbar.
-
Step 3:
It wants you to select the objects,so I have selected circle.
-
Step 4:
Then it asks me to choose array type,it is because I typed ARRAY.If you choose Path array from toolbar it will not ask you.
-
Step 5:
Then I specified the path which is the spline and it shows circles on the entire spline with the same space between them and it is 15 of them.
And that is it.
-
Step 6:
Later,If you double click on the circles it will open an Array toolbar in which you can adjust some parameters like number of items, space between items and other.
