Scissor Arm 2 tutorial for Swiss Army Knife

Step 1:
Make a rectangle with height is 78 mm and the width is 11.5 mm. after that draw straight line from the bottom with length 6 mm and than draw a straight line with a half circle in the middle with radius 5.1 mm and at the end of the line make a curve with radius 24 mm. and than make straight line to the bottom with length 30,75 mm and than make a corner with angle 25 mm and make straight line again with length 15.15 mm and than make a curve like a puple line in the picture and after that make a straight line to the bottom.

Step 2:
Extrude the Scissor arm with distance 1,6 mm

Step 3:
Fillet the edge like in the picture with radius edge is 3 mm

Step 4:
After that make a circle with radius 2 mm and the distance from the left line is 6,5 mm and the distance from the bottom line is 4 mm

Step 5:
Make circle in the middle of the scissor with radius 2 mm. and also make a small rectangle like in the picture

Step 6:
And than trim the half rectangle until it looks like in the picture

Step 7:
Extrude the circle with direction is flipped and the distance is 1.6 mm

Step 8:
And than draw a line like in the pictire and make corner with angle 45 degree like in the picture

Step 9:
Extrude the section with the direction is flipped and the distance is 1.6 mm

Step 10:
After that make a rectangle like in the picture and extrude with distance 0.8 mm

Step 11:
Fillet the edge like in the picture. in the picture 1 the radius edge is 3 mm and the picture 2 the radius edge is also 3 mm

Step 12:
Fillet the edge like in the picture. in the picture 1 the radius edge is 5 mm and the picture 2 the radius edge is 0,4 mm

Step 13:
make circle like in the picture with radius 2 mm and then extrude with distance 0,8 mm

Step 14:
Make a small rectangle with height 8 mm and the width is 3,5 mm and then extrude with distance 1,6 mm

Step 15:
And the Scissor Arm 2 is done
