Here is the the demo video : https://vimeo.com/550047734

  1. Step 1: Create Sketch for Broke-Out Section

Create a sketch for BREAK OUT Section on the view you want it to applied to.

Apply Break Out on the parts in the view. Select the "depth" with "Through Part"

  2. Step 2: Create sketch for Break line

Create second sketch with projected geometry from the break out section from Step1

Mirrored the counter of the break out section.

Make sure to set the mirrored sketch with "Sketch Only" turned off , while keeping the "sketch only" on for the mirror centerline

Select the mirrored line and format the line thickness through the dropdown menu in the format tab.

  3. Step 3: Apply Hatch Region

Apply the hatch by activating the hatch region command (Next to Project Geometry in the sketch mode)

Select the region for hatching. Adjust to standard pattern and scale.

Click Finish Sketch when done editing.

  4. Step 4: Hidden lines for Shaft Break View

Ctrl+Select the object lines created from the broke out section view.
