Slider-Crank Mechanism | Solidworks Tutorial | by Neeraj & team

The tutorial is for designing and simulating a simple slider-crank mechanism, a four-bar mechanism with three revolute joints, and one sliding joint. This arrangement of mechanical parts is designed to convert rotary motion to straight-line motion.
The slider-crank mechanism is of two types:-
1. In-line
2. Offset
This mechanism is utilized in combustion engine piston cylinder assemblies to convert reciprocating motion into circular motion and vice versa.
Here are the key points we will be learning:
3d Modelling of various parts
Extrude, extrude cut
Creating different planes
Assembly of all parts
Mechanism and mates of joints
Motion Animation- simulation
