   create a plane using the references shown...
   

   

3. Step 3:

   create a sketch on the new plane, this will be the profile for the sweep...
   

   

4. Step 4:

   create a weep feature, this will become basic body of the hanger...
   

   

5. Step 5:

   create this sketch on the front plane...
   

   

6. Step 6:

   create a new plane from the references shown...
   

   

7. Step 7:

   create a new sketch on the plane created, this will be the profile for the handle of the hanger...
   

   

8. Step 8:

   create a new sweep, merge entities...
   

   

9. Step 9:

   add fillets....
   

   

10. Step 10:

    finished model...
