the same way you do a variety of programs

1. Step 1:

   1create the needed profile
   

   

2. Step 2:

   2 rotate 360 degrees profile
   

   

3. Step 3:

   3 two additional profiles
   

   

4. Step 4:

   4 remove the profiles to the appropriate distance
   and perform a Boolean option (subtraction)
   

   

5. Step 5:

   5 add two holes
   

   

6. Step 6:

   end
