Tutorial - Using blocks in AutoCAD?

Here is the tutorial.

1. Step 1:

   Start AutoCAD.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Draw a profile using pline. Click Make block icon.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Type the name of block BLOCK. Click Select objects.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Select the object.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Change the units to Millimetre.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Click pick points.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Select the base point.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Click OK.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Click Insert block.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Select the block and click ok.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    Select the location of the base point.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Similarily insert the blocks.
