Tutorial - Using design table in SolidWorks?

Here is the Tutorial

Step 1:
Start SolidWorks in part mode.

Step 2:
Top plane>>sketch and draw a rectangle.

Step 3:
Extrude it.

Step 4:
View>>Dimension names.

Step 5:
Select the dimension and in left pane change the dimension name to lenght.

Step 6:
Repeat the same step for other dimension.

Step 7:
Insert>>Table>>design table.

Step 8:
change setting to Blank, Block Model edit, and uncheck all the option. Click OK.

Step 9:
Now excel worksheet will appear. As you click the dimension in model they are automatically added in worksheet.

Step 10:
Now add other instances like i added in datasheet.

Step 11:
Exit excel worksheet by clicking the workspace. Goto Configuration in Property manager.

Step 12:
Double click the grey coloured instances.

Step 13:
And here we have the different configuration for one part.

Step 14:
As we select the part we see that all dimensions are pink in color which means they are dependent on design table and configuration.
