This Tutorial shows you how to make a Part report/tracking sheet (Microsoft Office Excel file) from Unigraphics assembly.

some time we need to report urgently about tracking the all parts in assembly that time it is helpfull to instant report/presentation in MS excel.

1. Step 1:

   Command using - Export to Spreadsheet

   just right click on below assembly nevigator > select Export to spreadsheet.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   we can set what attribute need to show in excel file.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   this all attributes we can add by using command - "coulmn"
   

   

4. Step 4:

   shows preview of generated MS excel file.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   final excel report about assembly :-
