What are differences between configuration manager and property manager in SW?

1. Step 1:

   The default tab: feature manager
   

   

2. Step 2:

   The property manager tab is the second over and is the interface that pops up when you edit a feature or create a new feature
   

   

3. Step 3:

   The configuration manger third tab over is where you create and manage configurations and design tables
