Wooden Bench for 6 people

1. Step 1:

   Print out all of the drawings

   Cut all of the wood for this project

   Buy carriage bolts and wood screws

   
   

   • 8 x Bench Legs 145mm x 45mm
   • 2 x Seat Beams 95mm x 45mm
   • 2 x Table Beams 95mm x 45mm
   • 2 x Table Top Support 145mm x 45mm
   • 9 x Cross Beams 145mm x 45mm

2. Step 2:

   Drill the holes in the bench legs

3. Step 3:

   Bench legs and support beams

   
   

   Place to bench legs on a flat surface according to the dimensions

   
   

   Position the Table beam and Seat beam in the correct position

   
   

   Place two more bench legs over the beams and insert the carriage bolts

4. Step 4:

   Table top support

   
   

   Position the table top support and secure in to the seat beams

5. Step 5:

   Table top

   
   

   Place the cross beams in position ans secure them to the table beams with wood screws

   
   

   Secure the table top support to the cross beams making sure the heads are flush with the seat so nothing snags on them.

6. Step 6:

   Seat beams

   
   

   Secure the cross beams to seat beams with wood screws making sure the heads are flush with the seat so nothing snags on them.
