tutorial 6 ( ansys workbench ) / ( cutting tools simulation

15 6 Intermediate
just be aware of that the question input as if ( speed , time , dimension ) is not real it mean you can't use it as academic project . i just wanted to show you the processing of cutting tools simulation therefore with alter input data you can use it as real project . for real input data you can use https://grabcad.com/library/cutting-tools-simulation-1

How to create a spur gear with invloute profile using Creo 2.0

7 5 Beginner
In this I will show how to model a simple spur gear with involute profile. Involute profile generated by using Parametric equation. Follow images i have uploaded. You can download all images. All images have a number in sequence. If you found any difficulties mail me >>> sathishkumarc14@gmail.com i will send you a pdf file.

How to import the model to Fusion 360?

5 4 Intermediate
I have successfully imported the following files: .STEP / .stp / .ipt / .sat / .iam but neither of the two you mentioned. Upload the file from the Data Panel. After upload, it should show up as a thumbnail, right click on it & then 'open'. Parametric mode will be disabled but there's a workaround on youtube (https://youtu.be/H-N1LZufT_o). Good luck.

Activate Orbit/Rotate feature via Mouse in Fusion 360

9 4 Beginner
The default Fusion 360 has "PAN" option when you click the middle button of the mouse. If you want to rotate you have to go and select the "ORBIT" icon at the bottom of the screen. This kind of interface makes it somewhat difficult to execute as one has to frequently rotate the model to get an overview of the model being constructed. Solidworks users may find it even more difficult to use it. This tutorial explains how to activate orbit function in mouse.

Tutorial - 2D Truss analysis in Mechanical APDL (ANSYS) Part 2?

3 3 Beginner
In general, a finite element solution may be broken into the following three stages. 1. Preprocessing: defining the problem; - Define keypoints/lines/areas/volumes - Define element type and material/geometric properties - Mesh lines/areas/volumes as required 2. Solution: assigning loads, constraints and solving; 3. Postprocessing: - Lists of nodal displacements - Element forces and moments - Deflection plots - Stress contour diagrams In this tutorial we will go through second and third step.

Robotic Tank Tread Assembly- Fusion 360 Tutorial (Tracked Robot Part 2)

10 3 Beginner
#Fusion360 #Fusion360Tutorial #AutodeskFusion360 Buy this chain: https://amzn.to/3f2FZEl In this series, we will design and develop a tracked, tank-like mobile robot optimized for use on sand and in desert environments. The modeling of the treads, custom sprocket, idler rollers and 3D printed suspension system will be shown in great detail. We will first create the chain links themselves and the tread pieces, then pattern them along the shape of the loop. Once we finish this, we will create the custom sprocket and motor connection followed by the idler spindle and finally the suspension system. In the end, we can mirror our entire assembly to the other side to create the right side tread. Working on only one side at a time makes it easier on our computers and allows us to work faster with less lag-time.
