In this tutorial I will show you how to realistic render CAD 3D models in KeyShot. This tutorial contains step by step workflow, so if you are beginner you will be able to understand it and achieve same results. The main idea of this tutorial is to show you how you can easily create realistic product visualization in KeyShot with simple 3D model. In the beginning of this tutorial we are gonna change 3 fundamentals things, Camera View, Environment Lighting, Lighting Settings. We are gonna create custom camera and camera view, then I will show you how to create custom lighting. We are gonna create all the materials and also we are gonna create labels on the bottle. We are gonna create light pins to light up our 3D model, then I will show you how to use KeyShot rendering settings for sharp render images without noise. After a lot of request from my subscribers and friends, finally I have decided to make tutorials with voice over. . I hope you like it. In this tutorial, we'll learn how to transfer a motion study of SOLIDWORKS with Keyshot add-in. This tutorial will help many engineers, designers to create beautiful rendered animations. First of all, I have shown the assembly of adjustable wrench which I have already done in SOLIDWORKS. This assembly consists of four parts. 1) Fixed Jaw 2) Movable Jaw 3) Worm Screw 4) Pin I have attached their files for practice. Then we move towards motion study section. Here, I have shown animation of adjustable wrench in SOLIDWORKS. We use Keyshot plug-in and we have linked our file to Keyshot. It will pick this animation. Just go to SOLIDWORKS motion study, go to Keyshot add-in, a window will pop up, click yes to export entire animation. After exporting your animation in Keyshot, adjust the wrench assembly. Do some basic settings and go to animation tab. We have selected 12 FPS and 128 samples per frame. Click render and save the animation. Kindly use play pause technique for practice. Happy New Year to all of you! Welcome back to CADable. This is Engineer Ibrahim Omer. In this tutorial, I will show you how to model a bowl with surfacing. After modeling bowl, we will export our 3d model to Keyhsot for rendering. I SOLIDWORKS, during surfacing we will learn the following commands: 1) Planner Surface 2) Reference Plane 3) Axis 4) Boundary Surface 5) Circular Pattern 6) Knit Surface 7) Thicken 8) Cut Extrude 9) Fillet 10) Appearance After that we will export bowl in Keyshot. Here we will apply different material on the model. We will also apply different HDRI to the model with different backplates. We will also match our model with backplate using perspective match. In keyshot we will learn the following: 1) Material 2) HDRI 3) Backplate 4) Perspective Match 5) Render It is a good exercise for beginners and it will be a good practice for beginners.
