Learn How to Make PROJECT CURVE in SOLIDWORKS |CADable| |Projected Curve| |3d Curve|

0 0 Beginner
In this tutorial I will show you how to make 3d curve or projected curve in SOLIDWORKS using 3 examples. You can project a sketched curve onto a model face to create a 3D curve. You can also create a 3D curve that represents the intersection of two extruded surfaces generated by creating sketches on two intersecting planes. You can create multiple closed or open-contour projected curves from a single sketch. You can also use 3D sketches as input for the Projected Curve tool. Learn How to Export SOLIDWORKS File to AutoCAD DWG/DXF

0 0 Beginner
Hi friends welcome back to CADable. Its been a while since I am making a tutorial. In this tutorial, we will be exporting a file from Solidworks to AutoCAD. Remember Solidworks part file format is .sldprt while AutoCAD has either .dwg or .dxf file formats. DWG is Autocad standard drawing file format while DXF is data exchange format and this file format is mostly accepted by many machining processes like different CAM software's, Laser cutting, EDM etc. First we will create a simple arbitrary blank in SOLIDWORKS, then we will save that file as DXF. After that a window will pop up like AutoCAD and we will save that DXF file. Lastly I have used that file from AutoCAD. Kindly use play pause technique for practice. Here, I am not attaching a practice file since it is a very easy tutorial, but if you are facing problems, you can ask, and I'll upload the file. Feel free to ask your queries in comment section. I will try to answer each and every question. Keep practicing as practice makes a man perfect.
