Why does AutoDesk Inventor save mirrored components in an assembly as a seperate file?!

there are two way to mirror parts in asembly.. Reuse and Recreate. If you choose reuse , inventor doesn't create a new part.. After you choose the parts (that will be mirrored) you must click the yellow icon..
