Designed and engineered Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and industrial equipment with focus on DFM/DFA and manufacturability. Delivered parametric 3D CAD models, fabrication drawings, BOMs/BOQs, performed reverse engineering and FEA-based structural optimization, selected motors, gearboxes, and bearings, and integrated hydraulic, pneumatic, and load-cell systems for conveyors, filling machines, weighbridges, and government steel bridge and girder projects.

Designed and modeled pharmaceutical plant utilities and process equipment, including reactors, heat exchangers, and piping systems. Performed pump selection, head calculations, HVAC heat load estimation, and developed utility systems such as compressed air, nitrogen, water, and fire protection, delivering accurate 3D models, drawings, and BOM/BOQ for execution.

Executed reverse engineering and redesign of industrial machines including fly ash brick making and concrete mixer machines. Developed plant layouts, utility piping, PFDs, and P&IDs using SolidWorks and SolidPlant 3D, and designed material handling systems with proper motor–gearbox selection and load calculations.
