More and more users of a single CAD program (maybe because they cannot afford to buy all the licenses around) bump into the issue of something really nice and appealing to their needs and wants, but not able to open it in their usual program, say... SolidWorks, or Inventor or FreeCad, to name a few.
This group is both for them and for those more savvy in the sector that might counsel them what free software might help them convert a .stl in a .prt for instance, or even up to what conversion software is worth investing money in to eliminate the headache up to a certain level of budget or sophistication.
