I completed my M.Sc Engineering in Machinery Design by this April 2013, then I joined as a Design Engineer doing finite element analysis for weight reduction of components used in rotary table

Worked as an instructor in Matrix training center, Sholinghur which is affiliated by NTTF Bangalore and sponsored by Brakes India ltd. Were Handling the theory subjects of Certificate in machine tool maintenance course and monitoring the performance of the trainees. Worked as Asst. Training Officer at Edu tech NTTF India Pvt Ltd, Vellore. Handling theory / Practical of Diploma in Tool & die making trainees and monitoring /evaluating the performance of the trainees. Providing MIS to the management, conducting 5s, QC and kaizen activities etc.

Worked as Junior training officer in the training centre positioned within the industry premises. Were both on-job and off-job training is conducted to the employees of the industry and the intake trainees to make them suit to the working environment.

Joined as an Industrial trainee as it is a part of Diploma in Tool and Die making Curriculum, were Supporting the tool maker by machining, heat treatment, assembling, inspection & Trail in maintenance of press tool.
