Convert file to Inventor

I have this Step CAD file (attached), but the model looks like a surface body, is possibile convert in solid?

thanks to all, unfortunately I haven't solved, the sculpt command convert little part of ther entire model, and repairs body command dont works beacuse i dont have "real" body :-)
