Convert .STEP files to .dwg or.dfx files

I have 35 projects that I picked out of the library. They are to be laser-cut from 3mm plywood, and assembled by children into 3-D animals and toys. I am looking for a contractor to do this conversion for me. Compensation to be discussed.
