How to insert symbols onto the face of a model in SolidWorks?
I am modeling a companion cube from Portal, however I cannot figure out how to insert a heart into the middle. Is there a way to do this without sketching the heart myself?

If there is a text symbol for it in Wingdings or whatever, you can create a sketch on the face and use the text tool. Otherwise you'll have to draw it which honestly, is not complicated. Two 3 point arcs and two lines.
