How to make Y-pipe in solidworks?
I want to learn how to make Y pipe in solidworks assembly. Two pipe should be separate and made from sheetmetal which can be flattened. If you can share video link, it would be great help.

Hello Anand, please see the file attached, easy to rollback and follow. Of course one can do it in a different way (using surface trim or intersect) but I prefer to keep it simple. You can save each solid body and create assembly then. Let me know your thoughts.
Video attached, this time done with trimming surfaces, you can adjust pipe length, diameter, thickness and bend radius to your needs.
