how to use threads tools in making a threaded hole in catia v5 r 19

There is HOLE command for threaded holes.

if you want to apply threading to a hole use hole tool
In that tool go to thread definition feature
Make sure threaded option checked and change type into metric thin OR metric thick, give whatever hole you want i.e., M8 for example and say OK
Actually you can't see threading to a hole when you apply
it can be directly applied while manufacturing
