There isn't such thing as the best CAD software, but there is the best in the (x) field...
For example:
SolidWorks - which I use - is perfect for mechanical and product designing.
Cinema4D is perfect for animations and motion graphics.
Blender is for free.
Think of what you want to do with the software, then consider the money you can spend on it.
