• Creation of Engineering 3D models and drawings (manufacturing, quotation and general assembly layout ) with 3D CAD software – Autodesk Inventor. • Carry out quality assurance on new designs to ensure compliance with the all necessary standards • Develop and maintain drawing standards in line with ISO 9001. • Concepts and design change to reduce manufacture costs. • Perform feasibility studies on conceptual designs of downhole completion tools • Prepared design calculation packages for design review • Responsible for assisting engineers in designing and developing power equipment and systems, industrial process-control systems and micro-electronic systems • Testing and repair circuits of underwater 3D laser scanner and smart pig • Soldering a miniature underwater camera and test them • Read/understand schematics, manuals and circuits diagram (digital/analogue). • Updating and building a new underwater leak detection using the latest electronic component and equipment • Design and modelled a mechanical assembly based on British standard of an underwater laser detection 3, 3D laser scanner using Autodesk inventor • Provide support in areas of commissioning and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems • Handle the tasks of writing technical specifications, schedules and technical reports Responsible for preparing technical documentation like manuals, operating procedures and project proposals
