How to show Tracing Labels in draft area

Hi Roger In my question (top the Page) I explain my problem. I get insert the Decal in parts . The problem is show the Decal in Draft Area (2D and Detail). In my drawing I need show Decal this way (See the Image Attached). When I create view's in 2D, the SW not understand that Decal must be showing in Frame mode view's (top, front), the SW just show the Decal in Surface mode. The SW do not understand the Decal like the COREL, the software don't work with systemact "staned glass" it work the image and part like a one in draft area, so we must become the model in Frame mode K.R and Thanks..

Sir's I request Help to my SOLIDWORKS support. His advise me set my Modelind conform the image Below. When I use draft mode the tracing appear. In my case, this did work. K.R
