Using surface modeling in Pro/E to build this model.

1. Step 1:

   1. Draw sketches by dimension in pdf file.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Use boundary blend to create quarter of outer side surface.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Use mirror twice to complete side surface. And merge them together.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Make revolve surface (not solid option!) by dimension.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Draw sketches for inner side surface.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Use boundary blend to create quarter inner side surface.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Use mirror twice to complete side surface. And merge them together.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Draw closing surface in bottom to close volume.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Merge surfaces and make solidify.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    The other features is simple.
