can i change solidworks file to pro/e file?
You can't directly. It will open but will loose a lot of surface and other features. But by using a third file type.

Step 1:
First of all save the file as IGES type.

Step 2:
Then Open this in Creo Elements or Pro Engineer by changing the file type to be opened to IGES.
