Step 1:
Step 1: Extrude a circle

Step 2: Apply helical sweep to create a surface and your sweep section will be a line

Step 3: Copy the cylindrical surfaces of the extrude feature and paste on it

Step 4: Now apply intersect on the surface generated by helical sweep and the copied surface

Step 5: Now copy the curve generated by intersect command and paste it

Step 6: Apply sweep command on the curve

Step 7: Copy the surface of sweep and paste it

Step 8: Now copy the surface and use paste special... use the rotate option in paste special to rotate the sweep surface by 180 degrees

Step 9: Select one of the sweep surface and apply solidify and use remove material option

Step 10: Select the other sweep surface and apply solidify and use remove material option

Step 11:
Step 11: Create a triangle to remove material from the bottom using revolve to generate the drill point angle

Step 12: Remove excessive material from the bottom using extrude
