How to Model Organic Surfaces in Solidworks Using Power Surfacing,
this is what you will learn by watching this class. If you want
know how to install the power surfacing, click on the card that is
appearing up here, or in the video description link,
because power surfacing is not a standard solidworks tool.
To start, click on the power surfacing tab. if your solidworks is not enabled.
click on supplies then enable power surfacing, then click ok.
now i will give a brief demonstration of the basic tools of power surfacing,
clicking on the creat box arrow, then creat box again. this tool
power surfacing is based on the method of modeling complex geometries,
widely used in the product design industry, the principle similar to playing
of modeling clay.
you can segment, change the size on the three axes, stretch and pull, it’s very practical,
but I don't need anything.
now let's open the person's upper part and do the eyes, for that click on creat box,
and decrease the size of the sphere on the three axes.
and then we move the sphere upwards by selecting it completely and dragging through the arrows.
we can make extensions, adjusting the eyes proportionally
right-click, then left-click on insert edges in current objetcs
to create more faces
that was the explanation of some power surfacing tools, if the video was useful for you, don't forget
if you like it on the video and subscribe to the channel, so as not to miss the next classes that I will post. see you later.
