#Fusion360 #Fusion360Tutorial #AutodeskFusion360 Buy this chain: https://amzn.to/3f2FZEl In this series, we will design and develop a tracked, tank-like mobile robot optimized for use on sand and in desert environments. The modeling of the treads, custom sprocket, idler rollers and 3D printed suspension system will be shown in great detail. We will first create the chain links themselves and the tread pieces, then pattern them along the shape of the loop. Once we finish this, we will create the custom sprocket and motor connection followed by the idler spindle and finally the suspension system. In the end, we can mirror our entire assembly to the other side to create the right side tread. Working on only one side at a time makes it easier on our computers and allows us to work faster with less lag-time.

In this CAD tutorial, we'll be learning about the physics behind a spherical Geneva drive. We'll be assembling the drive and learning about the mechanical principles behind it, so that you can create your own maltese cross assembly which you could 3dprint. If you're interested in learning about Fusion 360 and 3D printing, then this tutorial is for you! By the end of it, you'll have learned about the principles behind a spherical Geneva drive, and be able to assemble and create your own 3D objects using Fusion 360! I managed to animate the drive with Fusion 360. Watch the tutorial to find out how.

**Download the drawing and modeling files for this project on my GrabCAD profile:** https://grabcad.com/library/radial-engine-486 In this comprehensive Fusion 360 tutorial, you'll learn step-by-step how to model, assemble, and animate a classic radial engine! Whether you're a beginner looking to expand your CAD skills or an enthusiast fascinated by mechanical design, this guide will walk you through the entire process. First, we'll meticulously model each component of the radial engine, from the intricate crankcase to the pistons and connecting rods. You'll gain valuable insights into Fusion 360's modeling tools and techniques. Next, we'll move on to the assembly phase, where you'll learn how to use joints to correctly position and constrain all the parts, bringing the engine to life in the digital realm. Finally, we'll animate the assembled engine, showcasing its fascinating working mechanism. You'll discover how to use Fusion 360's animation tools to create a dynamic and engaging visual representation of the radial engine in action. This tutorial is designed to be easy to follow for users of all levels. By the end, you'll not only have a fully modeled, assembled, and animated radial engine but also a deeper understanding of mechanical design principles within Fusion 360.

Topology Optimization is a very powerful tool used to reduce the weight of a component for usage in high-end applications. For example, each part of a Formula One car is optimized as much as it can be optimized using such tools. The tutorial is an example of carrying out the optimization of a bracket using Fusion 360.

The default Fusion 360 has "PAN" option when you click the middle button of the mouse. If you want to rotate you have to go and select the "ORBIT" icon at the bottom of the screen. This kind of interface makes it somewhat difficult to execute as one has to frequently rotate the model to get an overview of the model being constructed. Solidworks users may find it even more difficult to use it. This tutorial explains how to activate orbit function in mouse.
