tutorial: how to make nuts

1. Step 1:

   open a sketch to front plane draw a circle and a hexagon then extrude it
   

   

2. Step 2:

   open a ketch on the body and draw a small and bigger circle.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   use cut extrude command and select the area between circles
   

   

4. Step 4:

   click on draft and enter draft angle 60
   

   

5. Step 5:

   mirror the cut extrude
   

   

6. Step 6:

   open a sketch to front plane and draw a sketch like this. it will be tooth profile
   

   

7. Step 7:

   now we will add helis. open a sketch top of body and draw a circle
   

   

8. Step 8:

   use insert>>curve>>helis command and select circle and enter values
   

   

9. Step 9:

   use cut swept command. select the tooth profile and select the helis
   

   

10. Step 10:

    open a sketch to front plane and draw a thing like this. then use revolved boss command
    

    

11. Step 11:

    your perfect nut is ready. Enjoy:))
